clean pool fantastic customer service amazing breakfast
The pool was very clean and well kept. I found the customer service to be fantastic. Breakfast was amazing (especially the pancakes!).

blocked cubicles poor flexibility
the lobby toilets were a sight. every cubicle blocked i think. i asked to add breakfast to my bill upon arrival. they then told me at checkout they couldn't do it so i had to pay myself how fun. this lack of flexibility really did not meet expectations

The room was clean. It had a big, comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious. The portions sizes were great.
I stayed at this hotel for one night and the experience was disappointing. Toilets in the lobby were filthy. All the cubicles were blocked, this was disgusting.
